Our Approach

The MTZ offer is intended for startups in the early stages of growth: The company has been founded, initial steps have been taken and they have their sights set firmly on a business plan. This focus allows us to give our tenants the exact space, consulting services and support that they need to develop as a company.

To ensure that startups have room to grow in the future as well, the Technology Center is meant as a long-term home. If a company starts to outgrow the MTZ, the team supports its tenants on the path to finding their own office, gets them in contact with others and helps them transition to a new stage of their company development.
