The basis for a successful company is a space to work, interact and come up with ideas. Our tenants often come to us from co-working spaces or startup programs and rent their first own office here at the MTZ.

Every high-tech startup will find the space they need here: We rent out offices starting at 24 m². As soon as our corporate tenants grow and need more room, they can flexibly add more space to their existing office.

Flexible meeting set-ups

Meeting Rooms

Whether for team meetings, customer appointments or presentations for future investors: Sometimes you need more than your own office. We offer our tenants conference rooms and seminar rooms in all sizes.

Ten meeting boxes and conference rooms are available for meetings for 8 to 50 people. Depending on your specific needs, state-of-the-art technology can also be booked for presentations and video conferences.
